Stupid Miami Drivers!

Oh my 8 people decided to stop in their old van in a 50mph single lane exit ramp...I mean ya I hit them but they were STOPPED in the middle of the road. My poor baby got smashed in really good and their beater wasn't even hurt. Who got the ticket for this accident you ask? They did...no insurance, no driver's license and improper stopping.
