July Part 2...

To continue our busy July; here's some pictures from Ryder's first Astro's game, a quick visit from Grandma and Grandpa P and Ryder's first trip to the river.
Typical boys...enjoying Discovery Green before the game. He loved the game. He would cheer and clap along with the crowds. He did so well sitting in his chair like a big boy!Even though the Astros lost pretty badly it was a fun family date night!Ryder doesn't like to crawl on his knees on concrete so he bear crawls.
George and Nancy had a long layover in Houston so they were able to spend the Saturday at the house with us. It was so much fun getting to see them even if just for a brief moment. Ryder LOVED playing with his Florida grandparents.

We took a road trip to Austin to visit friends and were able to stay at a house on the Guadalupe River. It was just what everyone needed...good friends, sun and water. Ryder had a blast playing with Owen and soaking up the sun.
Like father like son.
Hat on.
Hat off. Ryder loves munching on pretzels. He cracks us up!He melts my heart!Toobing down some rapids.
The water was a bit cold! The group...SOOOOO much fun! (Heather, Owen, Alanna, Winnie-dog, Kyle, Me and Ryder)The boys were worn out so we hired Winnie the chuawinnie to baby sit.
I love my boys!
I can't believe he's already 11 months old. Ryder has been growing by leaps and bounds....Maybe not physically (he's still pretty small) but he is picking up walking, climbing (he LOVES the stairs), talking (pretty sure he knows dada, mama, dog and cat) (daaah /caaah), loves pushing his toys around (especially those with wheels), he eats nearly everything we give him (as long as he can pick it up with his fingers) and cracks up when he sees animals. He is a very happy kid and I know I've said it before but we are so blessed.

We got Ryder some squeaky shoes and they are so cute. With every step... squeak! I will try to post a video.

Big news of the day: He went down around 9:45pm in the crib in his room and didn't wake up until 9:00am!!! So very excited considering this is the first FULL night's sleep he's ever had. I of course woke up at 5am worried because I'm a mom and that's what I do.
