Ryder's 1st Trip to the Houston Zoo

Kyle and I took Ryder to the zoo for the first time on Labor Day. We got there early and left early to avoid the huge crowds and heat. Ryder really seemed to like all the animals calling most of them "caaa" aka cats.
There were 6 baby meerkats....so cute!
It was cool to see Ryder take in all the animals for the first time. We kind of think he recognized some of the animals from his toys and books.

We only stayed for a few hours and didn't come close to seeing everything. But no worries, I got a year membership so we will be returning soon. We are looking forward to many more visits.
