Mother's Day and then some.

First of all Happy Mother's Day to my mom!! For those who know me you know how much I love my mom and how  means the world to me.  I hope everyone had a fantastic mother's day.

We went to church on Saturday for 2 reasons: 1 - I volunteered to take pictures after church and 2 - It was my mother's day and I wanted to have an easy going morning. We went to Chick-fil-a afterwards (which is exciting in itself) because I always want Chick-fil-a after church and it's closed on Sundays. Ryder kept trying to hand me the vase with the flower in it because his MeMe taught him flowers make mommy smile. After that I had to run into Kroger and while I was in there Kyle rushed Ryder over to the outdoor tent and had him pick out a bouquet of flowers for me. Ryder had the biggest smile on his face when he handed them to me in the car. Then he told me he wanted a hug :) What a sweet kid!
I also got this wonderful figurine from Willow Tree. My boys did good!
#1 reason I LOVE being a mommy is that I get to be apart of this kid's life! And WHEN did my little toddler grow into a big little kid?

Sunday I got my wish and had an easy going morning. Kyle cooked me breakfast and I got to enjoy it with Ryder. I am one blessed mama!
After breakfast we headed outside. The weather was beautiful! Ryder played and helped Kyle work on his truck while I clipped Cash. I'm fairly sure I removed over 5lbs of fur. Cash looks so skinny but I know he's happier because it is getting hot.
Kyle absolutely loves that Ryder enjoys fixing things as much as he does.

On to the maternity stats....
How far along? 27 weeks & 5 days (86 days to go to EDD)
Total weight gain/loss: 30ish I'm really trying not to worry about it so I don't get on the scale too often.
Maternity clothes? Yes but only the non-constricting stuff.
Stretch marks? nothing new.
Sleep: eh.
Best moment this week: Spending lots of time with family this weekend.
Movement: All the time.
Food cravings: Not cravings just like Honey Bunches of Oats Raisin Medley...a lot.
Gender: Thinking boy this week. But that could be because I have a strong urge to narrow down the boy name.
Labor Signs: Nope
Belly Button in or out: neither.
What I miss: Not spilling all my food on my belly.
What I am looking forward to: The next 4 days...visiting old friends, Astro game double date night with no kids, crawfish boil and relaxing with before Kyle heads to Singapore next week.
Weekly Wisdom: hum...I got nothin.
Milestones: Made it to the third trimester. Picking out a hospital soon.
