With bones and cartilage starting to form and vital organs beginning to function, baby is making major progress. Body length will almost double in the next three weeks, and arm joints are now working(Soon, legs will too.) - The Bump
Wow a prune....you would think they would have picked a more appealing food. As of now our baby's external sex organs are there but won't be distinguishable as male or female for another few weeks. Of course Kyle and I won't be finding out until our baby is born....7 more months.
Kyle sent me a text message last week while in school: "I'm having an extremely good day today. Playing with big engines is so much fun. I'm all covered in oil. Man perfume." I am so excited he's enjoying school so much. My hope is that he's one of those lucky people that never have to work a day in their life because he loves what he does. He got his 6th SOC (Student of the Class) on Friday...I'm so proud of him. The SOC is rewarded to the student with the best grade and attendance for the class.
We had a great weekend. Friday we had dinner and relaxed at my folk's house. My little brother was there with his new 6 week old puppy, Miya. Saturday Kyle had to work over time to get ready for the FrostRide. I went to Deanna's baby shower and then to a girl party for Laura & Katie. I was so excited Elizabeth made the trip from Mississippi this weekend! On Sunday, dad, Kyle and I went to the Houston Auto Show. It is sure fun to dream
This weekend Kyle and I will be celebrating our first year as husband and wife! Saturday we are going to see OAR! WOOHOO!! It's been an awesome first year.
